1963 – The Detours play the Glenlyn Ballroom in Forest Hill

1965 – The Who play at Baths Hall in Ipswich

1966 – The Who are in Frankfurt, Germany appearing on the TV show Beat Beat Beat.

1967 – The Who play the Empire Theatre in Liverpool

1968 – n is interviewed live on BBC’s Radio 1 Club

1968 – n is interviewed live on Radio 1 Club at BBC’s Paris Studios

1969 – The Who play the Franklin County Veterans Memorial Auditorium, Columbus, Ohio. Deli Radish is the opening act.

1972 – e records the demo for “Sea and Sand “ for Quadrophenia at his home studio in Twickenham. The demo later appears on the Scoop 3 album.

1973 – The British Quadrophenia tour continues at King’s Hall, Belle Vue, Manchester.

1974 – Odds and Sods attains Silver status from the British Phonographic Industry

1976 – cording begins on the Pete Townshend/Ronnie Lane joint album, then titled “April Fools,” at Olympic Studios.

1985 – Pete and his new band Deep End make their concert debut in Brixton, England as part of a charity for the Brixton Academy. The shows also mark the debut of Pete’s “big band “ sound featuring backup singers, a horn section and an additional electric guitarist that will become Pete’s standard format with The Who for the next thirteen years. On stage with Pete at this show are Dave Gilmour on the added electric (also Quadrophenia at Hyde Park 1996), Jodi Linscott on percussion (1989 Who, 1996 Quadrophenia, 1998 Townshend and 2000 Lifehouse), Simon Phillips on drums (1989 Who and Psychoderelict tour), Chucho Merchan on bass (1998 Townshend and 2000 Lifehouse), Peter Hope-Evans on harmonica (Psychoderelict tour, 1998 Townshend and 2000 Lifehouse), Roddy Lorimer, Simon Clarke, and Tim Saunders on brass (1989 Who), and Billy Nicholls both backing vocals and musical director (practically everything to date). John “Rabbit “ Bundrick on keyboards and Bobby Pridden on the mixing board are the only holdovers from The Who.The shows tonight and tomorrow are recorded and filmed and are later released as the album Pete Townshend’s Deep End Live and the video Pete Townshend’s Deep End: The Brixton, England Concert.

1996 – The Who play the United Center in Chicago, Illinois

1996 – Generation: The Very Best of The Who is awarded Silver status by the BPI

1998 – The John Entwistle Band continue their U.S. tour appearing at the Little Waldorf in Reno, Nevada

1999 – John has an art sale at the San Francisco Art Exchange

2001 – e’s website offers a demo of “Shout” from his rehearsals for his 1995 concert with Paul Simon

2002 – The Sunday Times lists Pete Townshend in its annual rich list. Pete ties with Robbie Williams and Ronnie Wood for ninth place among Britian’s musical earners at ¬£10m worth.

2006 – e is interviewed on Rockline Radio about Endless Wire.

2008 – The Who play at Irving Plaza in New York City, New York

2011 – e appears on Late With Jools Holland performing “I’m One” with Jools

2011 – Roger was to have performed Tommy with his touring band in Saskatoon but it is cancelled for “unforseen circumstances”.

2012 – The Who play the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida
