1983 – The New York Times reports that in addition to Roger’s upcoming performances in The Beggars’ Opera and The Comedy Of Errors, he will soon be directing a movie about London gangsters the Kray Twins.

1996 – The Who continue the first leg of their North American Quadrophenia tour with a performance at the Centrum in Worcester, Massachusetts
