1965 – The Who play St. Joseph’s Hall in Highgate
1966 – The Who play in Helsinki at Kaivopuisto. There is some question as to whether this show took place. It is listed in The Concert Guide, but not on thewhothismonth.com. It is also not present in Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere.
1966 – The Who head on to Denmark flying into Copenhagen. That night Keith and John go drinking at the Carousel Club and sit in for a set with The Tremeloes.
1969 – The Who play the second of two nights in New York at The Fillmore East with Chuck Berry and Albert King.
1972 – The Who record “Put The Money Down” as an instrumental track with guide vocal, leaving it unfinished.
1979 – Roger and Pete are interviewed on the ITV music programme ‘Alright Now.’ (Tyne Tees Television)
1979 – The Kids Are Alright soundtrack double LP is released in the U.S. The album peaks at #8 in America.
1981 – The Jam release the single “Funeral Pyre.” The b-side is a cover of The Who’s “Disguises” in a version modeled after Pete’s demo.
1995 – A children’s CD, Barnyard Beat, is released. It contains a parody of “We’re Not Gonna Take It” credited to The Hoooo
2000 – The Who play a benefit show in aid of the Robin Hood Foundation in New York at the Jacob K Javits Centre
2001 – John Entwistle plays the State Theater in Portland, Maine
2002 – The boxset 30 Years of Maximum R&B receives Gold status from the RIAA
2007 – The Who play the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy in Paris
