1963 – The Detours play the Oldfield Hotel in Greenford

1966 – The Who play the Locarno Ballroom in Stevenage

1969 – The Who play the Cosmopolitan Club in Carlisle

1976 – Roger attends Paul McCartney’s first celebration of the birthday of Buddy Holly at the Lyceum

1977 – US Against The World, featuring Roger, among other celebrities, airs

1978 – Keith Moon dies from an overdose of Heminevrin, a drug intended to treat or prevent symptoms of alcohol withdrawal.
